8 oz Whole wheat penne/rigatoni/macaroni1 cup 2% Shredded Cheese (any)1 egg, beaten2 cups steamed broccoliSalt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta following package instructions. Drain. Add back to pan and stir in the broccoli, cheese, and egg until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
