Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 5 thigh, bone and skin removed *PictSweet Frozen Seasoning Blend (Trinity), 3/4 cup, 2.5 serving Pictsweet Mixed Vetabales 2/3 cup serving, 3 serving Hunts Diced Tomatoes Serving 1/2 1 can abt 3.5 serving, 7 serving Bush's Blackeye Peas, 1 cup *Mt Olive Roasted Red Pepper (12oz jar), 1 serving 1 1/2 cups Mushrooms slicedParsley, 2 tbsp Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp 2 Bay leafBasil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Red Pepper flakes to your tasteWater, 4 cups
Directions
Brown chicken on both sides. Add seasoning mix and saute for 3 minutes. Add all veggies and beans into pot. Add herbs and salt and red pepper flakes. Add water. Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour.
