Southwest Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 Chicken grilled breasts1 cup chopped red onion1 15 oz can black beans (rinsed)1 15 oz can white corn (drained)1 cup Mozzarella cheese1 head iceberg lettuce10 oz T. Marzetti Baja Ranch dressing
Directions
Grill chicken breasts. Wash and tear apart lettuce and put it into a bowl. Cut chicken into little pieces. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Makes 6 1.5 cup servings.
