Sweet Onion Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 lb center cut boneless pork chops1 medium onion sliced into ringsSauce:2 tbsp maple syrup1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp teriyaki sauce1/4 cup water1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place oinions in baking sheets. Layer pork chops on top on onions. Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over chops. Bake 40 minutes turning chops once. You may need a longer cooking time depending on the thickness of your chops.

    In one word... Delicious! I made this exactly like it said and it was great! For starter's the onions underneath the pork chops made them so tender they fell apart but were also kinda crispy on the outside bottom. The sweetness of the sauce was great with the onions and pork! Perfect! - 7/22/09
