1 cup Parkay Margarine (2 sticks)1 cup Sugar3 Tbsp. Water1 tsp. VanillaHershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar (8.5 oz.)˝ cup Pecans (2 oz.)
Bring butter, sugar, and water to a full rolling boil and continue boiling until caramelized. Immediately remove from heat and add vanilla, mixing quickly. Pour over cookie sheet and spread evenly. Place broken pieces of chocolate over bottom toffee. Let set for a few minutes until chocolate is shiny. Spread chocolate evenly over bottom later, then top with nuts. Refrigerate until cool, then break into pieces. Store in cool place.
