Zucchini, 400 grams Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium Carrots, raw, 4 small Onions, 1Green pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1orange pepper, 1*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1lbDiced Tomato 2 cans undrainedTomato Sauce, 1 canBeans, red kidney, 1 can drainedBeans, great northern,1 can drained.5 can of waterChili Powder, 5 tbsCumin, 2 tbsGarlic, 2 tbsSalt & pepper to taste
Dice Vegetables
Brown meat in large skillet with 4tbs of chili powder. Add in veggies and stir
Once meat is browned and veggies are reduced add to crock pot
Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes, undrained, tomato sauce, and beans, drained.
Cook on high for 4 hours
