Quinoa Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
Cook quinoa and rice.Bake chicken.Dice ham.Melt butter, whisk in flour, then milk. Whisk until thickened. Add mustard, worchestershire, pepper, and cayenne to taste.Mix all ingredients. Pour into 13x9 baking dish. Add shredded swiss cheese, parley, and breadcrumbs to top. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
