① 1 16 oz. can black beans, drained② 1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained③ 2 garlic cloves, minced④ 1 medium onion, chopped⑤ 1 jalapeno pepper, minced⑥ 1 green bell pepper, chopped⑦ 10 oz. package (1 1/4 cups) frozen corn kernels⑧ 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce⑨ 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained⑩ 1 tbsp. cumin⑪ 1 tbsp. chili powder⑫ 1 tsp. dried oregano⑬ 1 tsp. kosher salt⑭ 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, uncooked1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Combine ingredients 1-14 in a crock pot. Lay two chicken breasts on top, cover, and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, tear chicken apart. When finished, stir, let cool, and ENJOY!
