On The Run Pork

Ingredients
1- 3.5 lb pork loin5 oz low sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup light brown sugar1/2 cup red cooking wine1 Tbs lemon juice1 tsp Worcestershire1 1/2 c. Water
Directions
Trim fat off of pork loin adn place al ingredients in bag overnight (or to freezer for up to 4 weeks) to marinade. Cook in crock-pot on low for 6-8 hours. When done, shred meat and return to sauce. Serve on whole wheat kaiser rolls (not included in nutrition facts) for easy sandwiches or alone as a great protein.
