Ingredients
2 eggs3 egg whites1.5 cups 1% milk0.75 cup gluten free flour0.5 small fresh onion,diced1 cup diced ham1 cup cheddar cheese5 oz grated Romano cheese2 cups of baby spinach
Directions
Spray a deep pie plate with cooking spray. First mix flour eggs/whites and milk together in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time until well incorporated. Pour in pie plate, bake for 50 mins at 350
