Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients
4 potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks1 onion, quartered3 tbsp butter1 tsp parsley flakes
Directions
Prepare potatoes, put in microwave-safe bowl. Add onion. Cover potatoes with water. Boil in microwave until soft. Drain the bowl, add the butter and parsley. Let sit until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and enjoy.
