Ingredients
Small head of cabbage, choppedmed-large red onion chopped 3 small potato's diced3 slices of turkey bacon un-cooked3 cloves fresh garlic1 can Chicken Broth1 can Beef BrothPepper to taste
Directions
put all ingredients into crock pot.......cover with water. cook on low heat until cabbage and potato's are tender.

Great source of Fiber and Potassium although high in Sodium, it is low in carbs, and calories.
