Shrimp in Parchment

Ingredients
1/2 lb. uncooked shrimp (rinsed and drained)2 carrots peeled and cut into sticks1 Cup Broccoli florets, blanched2 Oranges,segments only2 tsp. finely chopped and peeled fresh ginger root1/2 cup dry white wine4 sprigs fresh thymeSalt and Pepper
Directions
Place carrots and broccoli into parchment bag. Toss shrimp, ginger and orange sections together and season with salt and pepper. Place in bag on top of vegetables and top with thyme sprigs. Pour in wine, fold bag tightly (or seal parchment sheet cut into half of a heart shape).

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
