Val's Cream Cheese Danish (somewhat healthier version)

Ingredients
2 Pkgs Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls2 Pkgs Cream Cheese (I used Greek)1.25 Cups Sugar1 Large egg yolk1/2 cup melted butter1 tsp Vanilla (the real stuff)Cinnamon
Directions
Spread one package of crescent rolls onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cream together the softened cream cheese, vanilla and 1 cup of sugar...add the egg yolk, blend well. Spread mixture on top of the crescent roll bed. Cover the mixture with the other package of crescent rolls. Pour the melted butter on top. Mix the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar with as much cinnamon as you like and sprinkle on top. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. YUM!
