Ingredients
3-4 lb Whole Young Organic ChickenOrganic CeleryOrganic CarrotsKosher SaltFresh TarragonFresh RosemaryBlack pepper
Directions
Cut celery and carrots into slices

Break down the chicken into wings, legs, thighs, breast, etc.

Place chicken, carrots, and celery into dutch oven

Add water to cover chicken

Add salt, pepper, tarragon, and rosemary

Boil for about 40 minutes

Remove from heat.

Take chicken out and let it cool down. ~1 hour

Shred the chicken and add it back to the broth

Bring to a boil and add dumplings

Reduce to low and let simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring often to prevent dumplings from sticking.
