Lemon Almond Cookies

3 egg yolks120 grams sugar1/8 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon lemon extract250 grams ground almondsIcing100 grams powdered sugar1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Beat in the vanilla and lemon extracts, then the almonds with the baking powder, until you cannot continue beating. Need in the ground almonds until it is not too sticky. Use the rest of the ground almonds to roll out the cookies to 1/4 inch and cut into your favorite shape. To make 24 cookies. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for 10 minutes. Mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar for the icing and put on the warm cookies.
