Easy Cajun lemon shrimp / ..of shrimp & grits

Shrimp, raw, 2 serving lemon juice, 1 tsp or more Bell pepper orange &/or red, 1 cup Cajun salt free seasoning, 1 tsp Onion, raw, chopped fine, 2 oz Canadian bacon, 7 oz olive oil, 1 tbsp
Clean & devein shrimp, butterfly. Add cajun seasoning to shrimp, set aside.
Chop Canadian bacon / onion / bell pepper.
Heat olive oil in pan. Medium high heat. Add onion & sweat a bit. Then add chopped C. bacon (8 slices) & bell pepper.
Stir & cook a few mins. Add shrimp any other seasonings you like and cook til almost pink then add lemon juice.
Taste, add more juice if desired and salt and pepper. I added a good splash of juice and a bit of water. Put this on savory grits.
