Ingredients
4 c water2 c whole milk2 large eggs4 TBS butter2 c oats1/4 tsp salt2 c diced apples (2 medium)1/2 c honey1 TBS cinnamon
Directions
Bring water to boil, melt butter. Whisk eggs into milk. Slowly add to boiling water, stirring. Add oats, salt and apples. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 20 minutes. As thickens add honey and cinnamon.
