Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded Carrots, raw, 0.5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp salt, black pepper
Directions
In a skillet, add the oil and let it heat a bit. Add the onion and carrot; allow them to cook some (not until it smells of cooked onion), then add the cabbage, vinegar, salt and pepper. I also add abt 1/2 cup of water. Cook until tender (10 min on medium)
