Chicken Soup - Homemade

1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast - no skin or bones12 cups broth - no fat1 1/2 lbs carrots cut up1/2 package celery hearts cut up1 lb Parsnips cut up1 package thin egg noodles (optional)Salt, Pepper and other spices to taste
Cut all the items up and put in the pot (except for noodles).
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 2 hours or until veggies are done.
Add noodles and cook based on package time ( 5 - 6 min).
Cool and put into 16 oz screw top containers (Ziploc, Glad).
Freeze
Serving Size: Makes - 14 (16 oz) zip containers
