Bacon and Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients
8 large eggs1 cup (250ml) fresh cream50g butter200g bacon bits250g white button mushrooms- chopped160g cheddar cheese
Directions
Fry bacon bits in butter
Add chopped mushroom and fry till most of the liquid has cooked away.
Beat eggs, add cream.
Stir in bacon & mushrooms.
Pour in to greased oven dish, sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes till starts going golden brown op top - not too dry.
Serve with fresh cut tomatoes and slice of wholewheat bread if preferred.
