Low-Carb Sausage Balls

Ingredients
20 oz. Pork sausage3 cups Shredded Cheese of your choice1 Egg1/4 cup- 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour or your brand of choice
Directions
Dump all ingredients in a LARGE bowl (it gets messy) and work it together with your hands until it sticks together and roll into balls.

Place on greased or sprayed cookie sheet and back at 425 for about 20 minutes or until browned.

Serving Size: Makes about 35 walnut size balls
