Spicy Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients
1 15 oz can Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin1 tsp unpacked brown sugar1 can Goya Light Coconut Milk1/2 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground gloves2 large eggs6 packets of stevia
Directions
Combine all ingredients, pour into a oven safe dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then lower oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40-50 minutes or until done. Cool then refrigerate.
