Vegan Swiss Cheez Spread

1/2 C raw cashews, soaked for several hours and drained1 T light miso1 T tahini1/3 C nutritional yeast1 T dijon mustard1 t granulated garlic1 t onion powder3 T lemon juiceup to 1/4 C water
Place all ingredients except water into a blender or food processor. Process, adding water as needed.
Allow plenty of time to process. I give mine 7 or 8 minutes to get very smooth.
I prefer to keep the mixture thick, to spread on sandwiches.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 one tablespoon servings
