Ingredients
1 Medium tomato1 avocado1/4 cup red onion2 tbls of fresh cilantrojuice from 1 fresh squeezed lemon
Directions
Chop onion, tomato, and avocado into bite size chunks. Add finely chopped cilantro and squeeze lemon juice over mixture. Mix and enjoy.
