Pears, fresh, 4 cup slices (remove)Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" (remove)Cornstarch, .25 cup (remove)Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)*Splenda, 1/4 cup(remove)
Thaw and bake frozen crust until golden brown. Mix pears, cornstarch and splenda. Pour into crust. Sprinkle lemon juice and dot with butter. Loosely cover with foil to prevent over-browning. Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Serves 8.
