Black Bean Soup

Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw)Garlic, 2 cloveChili powder, 2 tsp Cumin seed, 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper, 0.25 tspBeans, black, 4 cup Vegetable Broth, 1 cupWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp
Chop onion, sautee it in olive oil in pot
Stir in crushed garlic, chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, cook for 30 SECONDS.
Add beans, water and vegetable broth.
Bring to boil, then cook uncovered on low heat for 15 minutes.
Put half of mixture into blender, puree (with center hole open to allow steam to escape) until almost smooth. Set puree aside in bowl. Repeat with second half of mixture. Return both halfs of puree to the pot. Heat through. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
