Hash Brown Potato Bake

Ingredients
2# bag of shredded hash browns, thawed1 can cream of mushroom soup 16 oz sour cream12 oz Velvetta, cubed1 medium sweet onion, diced1 cup melted butter, divided2 cups corn flakesSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray (small roasting pan for single batch, turkey-sized roaster for double batch).

Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cubed Velvetta, diced onion, and 1/2 cup of melted butter in a large bowl. Add the hash browns and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.

Turn into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until heated through.
