1tsp dry mustard1tsp black pepper2 tsp salt12oz shredded cheddar12 eggs2 pounds cooked and drained sausage1/2 c diced onion1/2 c diced bell pepper2 c milk3 c frozen hash browns
line bottom of well greased 9x13 baking dish with hash browns. top evenly with sausage, peppers and onions. wisk together milk,eggs, salt pepper and mustard. Pour over meat and hash browns. top everything with the grated cheese. refrigerate overnight. bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-60min or until done and slightly browned
