Ingredients
24 oz Chicken Breasts 15.5 oz Cannellini Beans (Kroger)14.5 ox Italian Style Diced Tomatoes (Kroger)1 Red Bell Pepper1 Yellow Bell Pepper¼ tsp salt¼ tsp black pepper2 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried thyme
Directions
1. Dice red and yellow bell peppers.
2. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker, stir and cover with lid.
3. Cook on low heat for 7 hours. If you are running late, the mixture will hold for 8 hours.
