Banana Raspberry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
½ banana½ cup raspberries½ cup plain Greek yogurt1 tablespoon chia seeds1 scoop protein powder½ cup water½ teaspoon cinnamonpinch nutmegtwo handfuls ice - to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients except for the ice in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
Add a handful or two of ice and pulse again until smooth.
Pour in a glass and enjoy.
