Pesto Pasta With Chicken

1(16 ounce ) package dry pasta ( I like angel-hair )1 teaspoon olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 package Blue Menu Sliced Chicken Breasts (fully-cooked)1/3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes,drained and cut into strips1/2 cup pesto saucesalt,pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.
1. Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil.Add pasta and cook until al dente...drain.Save some cooking water to thin out the finished dish.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Saute garlic until tender, then stir in chicken. season with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.Stir until chicken is heated through.
3.In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto. Toss together adding saved water as needed.
4.If desired...top with freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese.Adding cheese will change nutritional info...be sure to calculate for the cheese.
