Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs and Rice

Ingredients
6 chicken thighs1 cup water1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce3 cloves garlic1 tsp crushed ginger2 tbsp scallions
Directions
Make sauce with everything but chicken. Add oil to pan and brown chicken on one side for five minutes. Then flip over and add sauce. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove cover and stir. Bring back to boil until sauce reduces to glaze. Cook rice separately.
