No flour Almond Butter cookies

Ingredients
1 C Almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)1 C Organic coconut palm sugar1 egg1 T baking soda1 t almond extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together until blended and roll 1-inch balls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
With a fork make criss-cross markings on cookies to somewhat flatten them.
Bake 8-10 minutes
