Smoothie: Strawberry/Raspberry

Ingredients
250 g/ml cloudy apple juice200 g strawberries, frozen unsweetened100 g raspberries, frozen unsweetened1 medium banana, frozen
Directions
Place all ingredients into your Thermomix or High Speed Blender of choice.
1) Bring up to highest speed setting and keep it there for 2 minutes.
2) Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 Large Thickshake. Fits my Decor(TM) 750ml lidded shaker with perfection.
