Ingredients
Any fresh or canned veggies you like can be used. The sky's the limit!
Directions
Chop fresh ingredients into bite sized pieces.

Sear beef in olive oil. Add all other ingredients and as much water as you need to fully cover ingredients. You'll need to add water as the stew cooks. When all ingredients are as tender as you like, it's done! Easy peasy!
