Tortilla Veggie Spirals

Ingredients
2 8 oz. packages light cream cheese, softened1 cup grated carrots1/2 cup grated cucumber1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper3-5 green onions, chopped fine4 burrito size Azteca tortillas or 6 regular size
Directions
Mix all ingredients but tortillas. Spread each tortilla with cream cheese mix and roll it up. Put in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Unwrap and cut each tortilla into 10 slices. Put each pinwheel on plate and serve with salsa if desired.
