Mom's French Toast

Ingredients
1 Egg1/4 cup Milk (she uses 1%)1 tsp. of Sugar1 dash of Salt3 slices of bread
Directions
In a shallow bowl or container beat an egg. Add the milk, sugar and salt, continue to beat. When everything is well mixed together, drop the slices of bread (one at a time) into the mixture. Flip the slice of bread over so that both sides are coated, then place into a frying pan. (Repeat for the rest of the slices of bread). When the first side is nicely browned, flip it over & brown the other side. After both sides are cooked, remove and serve hot.

Serving Size: The egg mixture is enough for about 3 slices
