Turkey Burrito

Ingredients
1 pound turkey1 bell pepper (any color - I like red) diced1 pound mushrooms rough cut into pieces1 Can diced tomatoes10 Md/SM Wheat Tortillas12 eggs
Directions
Brown trukey in a large pan. When it is close to done, add diced bell pepper and saute for a few minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until turkey is cooked through and veggies are desired consistency.

I then put this in the fridge.

In the morning warm up a portion of the turkey mixture in a small skillet. When heated through add 1 egg and scramble.

Put mixture in tortilla.

Serving Size: Makes approximatly 10 Burritos
