vegan chickpea, cauliflower & potato curry - yummy

Ingredients
4 potatoes, cubed.1 onion diced.3 cloves garlic minced2 tsp ground cumin1.5 tsp cayenne pepper3 tsp curry powder3 tsp Garam masala1 large can tomato puree1.5 large can chickpeas1/2 pack frozen peas
Directions
Cook potatoes & cauliflower till tender. Drain and set aside. in separate pan cook onions first, then add all spices. Allow to cook for 2 mins, then add all other ingredients and let simmer.
