Mexican Breakfast Omelet

Ingredients
1/2 small onion chopped1/8 cup green bell pepper1/8 cup red bell pepper1/2 cup ground turkey or beefDash of Salt and Pepper1/4 cup of salsa2 Eggs
Directions
1. In a frying pan saute the onion and peppers.
2. Add the ground turkey or beef with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
3. Add the salsa when the ground turkey or beef is fully cooked. (No longer Pink)
4.Whisk eggs
5. In a separate skillet cook the egg like an omelet.
6. After flipping egg put meat mixture inside egg.
7. Put egg and mixture on plate and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 1 1/2 cup serving
