Chicken Vegtable Soup

Ingredients
4 Chicken Thighs1.5 cups Carrots, sliced2 cups Celery, diced1.5 cups Onion, eighthed 2 cups Potatoes, 1" diced1 1/3 cups Green Beans, cut 2 cloves Garlic, diced8 cups Tap Water1 tsp. Ground Sage1 tsp. Ground ThymeSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Add water, chicken, sage, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper to a large stock pot. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Add carrots and celery and cook an additional 20 minutes. Remove chicken and shred meat. Return shredded meat to stock pot. Add potatoes, onion and green beans and cook an additional 20 minutes. Serve with noodles if desired.
