Country Fried Steak

Ingredients
1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1/3 cup skim milk3/4 lb lean ground beef patties1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In a plastic bag or bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Coat patties with flour mixture; then dip into milk and re-coat with flour. In a large skillet over med-high heat, cook patties in hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and keep warm.
