Dark Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 medium bananas1 cup sugar3 1/2 tsp baking sodadash salt2 eggs1 1/2 plus 2 Tbsp flour1/2 cup buttermilk, sour milk or yogurt1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Mash bananas, mix with all ingredients together. The amount of baking soda is correct.
Bake in loaf pan, 275 degrees for 2.5 hours. Long slow baking time is correct too.
