675 g sirloin beef steak1 tsp garlic powder1 cup ketchup1/2 cup brown sugar1 1/2 cups white rice3 cups water
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut meat into 1/2 inch think rectangular strips. Place meat in oven safe pan or casserole dish with lid. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Mix ketchup & brown sugar in a small mixing bowl. Pour over meat. Cover and place in hot oven. Set time for 55 min.
Combine rice and water in a different oven safe casserole dish with lid. Cover and place in hot oven beside meat. When timer rings both meat and rice are ready. Enjoy!
