slow cooker cheesy cauliflower soup

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower1 cup carrots, diced3 stalks celery2 garlic cloves4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup flour12 oz fat free evaporated milk1/2 c skim milk1 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Directions
add vegetables and broth to crock pot. Cook on low 4 hours or until vegetables soft.
Stir together flour, and milks, add to crock turn up to high for 1 hour. Use immersion blender until smooth. Stir in cheese and seve
