raw, vegan vanilla macaroons

Ingredients
1 c. whole almonds1/2 c. coconut oil solid form2 c. unsweetened shredded coconut2 t. vanilla6 T. pure maple syruppinch sea salt
Directions
blend the ingredients in a food processor til fairly smooth. Take a small scoop and form balls about an inch wide and roll in extra coconut. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
