Ingredients
Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 4 *Bell Pepper - Red, 1/3 cupYellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1/3 cup 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1/3 cup*Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 4 - cut into 8 piecesSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp *Gwaltney Bacon (no Sugar Added) 2 slices, cut into 8 pieces
Directions
Mix eggs, salt, pepper, peppers together - put 1/8 cup +b1 tablespoon into each section of an 8 loaf non-stick baking pan - place a 1/2 slice of cheese on each, place a 1/4 slice of bacon on each-bake 25 minutes - cool - remove - freeze for later
