Mix together the sauce ingredients.
Put one pork steak in the slow cooker. Cover with 1/2 cup sliced onion. Pour half the sauce over the onion and the pork steak. Place the other pork steak on top of the first one and cover with 1/2 cup sliced onion and the rest of the sauce. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. Could be longer.
Serving Size: Makes about a cup of sauce, so the serving size would be about 1 tablespoon, however, after it is cooked it will be mixed with the meat juices, so the serving size is probably a little more.
