*Vegan Chipotle Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
Whole Butternut Squash (Steamed or Baked-poke holes in the squash and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degree, then de-seed)1/2 cup Cashews (soak in water for 30 minutes if not using a high powered blender)1 T Grapeseed Oil (use to cook onion & chile1/2 Onion (white or yellow chopped)1 dried Chipotle Chile (chopped after soaking)3T Nutritional Yeast4 cups boiling Water (soak your chipotle chile in your water to hydrate)
Directions
Steam squash or bake it by poking holes in the squash and placing on baking dish for 25 minutes at 375 degree, then de-seed. Saute the onion and pepper in oil.
Place all ingredients in a blender - enjoy!
